Our Services
Installation & Commissioning
We provide specialist services for system integration, Our team of fitters and engineers can do installations and commissioning of automated material handling systems. We support OEM customers to integrate their system on sites, we specialise in Conveyor, AMR, Parcel Sorter and AGV installations and commissioning.
Site Management
Our project managers and site mangers help customers manage complex projects from start till the end of handover to customer, making it a smooth delivery process for customers and end clients. Site mangers further support customers to take on board site startup process to manage resident maintenance teams for snagging phase of site.
Planned Preventative Maintenance Solution (PPM)
PPM maintenance is designed to help maximise and maintain the optimum production of your machinery. To achieve the optimum production results from your machinery, PPMs are carried out weekly, monthly, quarterly or annually. Our dedicated team of Multi-skilled engineers provide planned maintenance on site shut-downs. This is usually pre-booked by our clients to avoid disruptions in production
Reactive Maintenance 24/7 breakdown
Reactive maintenance usually allows only for making repairs following a failure of machinery. On one hand reactive maintenance allows for higher utilisation and output in short term where as on other hand, it can be a costly option due to unexpected down time of equipment. We have a dedicated team of engineers on 24/7 callout to support our clients in any breakdown
Resident Shift cover Temporary or Permanent
In an event of holiday, sickness or paternity/maternity from your member of staff, we can provide Multi-Skilled engineers to cover shifts. Our skilled engineers will work alongside your staff as a team player and support your production needs with any Reactive or Planned maintenance
